Bioxtreme:
Experience the difference

Our Vision

BioXtreme was founded on the belief of its founder and CTO, Nini Bluman, that effective rehabilitation must challenge the brain rather than simply assist the body. Many traditional rehabilitation technologies focus on guiding patients through movements and reducing effort, which can unintentionally limit the brain’s opportunity to relearn motor control.

Nini envisioned a different approach — one grounded in neuroscience and motor learning. By introducing controlled disturbances through Error Augmentation technology, therapy can encourage the brain to detect mistakes, adapt, and rebuild motor control through active participation.

This philosophy shaped Bioxtreme’s vision: to transform rehabilitation into an active learning process, where patients recover function through challenge, adaptation, and engagement, ultimately supporting stronger neuroplasticity and more meaningful, sustainable recovery.

“Recovery happens when the brain is challenged to solve movement problems — not when the body is simply assisted through them.”

Founder & CTO, BioXtreme
